Celebrating Our Freedom

This month we celebrated Independence Day in the United States, marking our gaining independence from England. The holiday reminds me how people around the world value freedom. It also makes me reflect on the liberty we all have to create and build our own businesses the way we choose. Yes, there are rules that must be followed, but they create the structure that allows all of us to have our independent businesses and market the opportunity in the ways that work best for each of us and our teams.

It is important to remember that there are many ways to do things and be successful, such as marketing your business, even when it may seem that there is only one right or best way. Some methods might be more effective at doing specific things, some styles might be better suited for certain personalities, and some new techniques might connect better with different people. What’s great is that we all have the opportunity to try different approaches and see if they work for us and create the results we want (as long as our actions are based on good values and are ethical).

Also, remember that in this business, one of the most important goals is retention. It is important that we keep connected with our teams, work together, share ideas, and lift each other up! When others know you care about them and want them to be successful, their confidence and outcomes improve. That culture of positive support is a big reason why people want to be part of your team and our company (which also results in success and residual income for everyone).

South Africa Market Continues to Grow 

We are pleased to report that our sales in South African for May have increased compared to the previous few months. This is a remarkable achievement considering the challenging market conditions and the ongoing economic conditions. This success is attributed to our loyal customer base, our dedicated sales teams, and our effective promotion strategies. We are confident that we can maintain this momentum and achieve our sales goals for the next quarter.

Some recent highlights include: (1) Launching exciting product promotions that generated increased revenue in the month of May; (2) Increasing customer retention by offering exclusive deals and discounts to repeat buyers; and (3) Improving customer satisfaction by providing timely and responsive service and support.

A special mention to our KwaZulu Natal teams who continue to grow. Cindy K and her teams once again outselling all other areas. Well done!

New Products and New Members

We continue to work to get more products registered for Europe and are excited about the progress we are making. It is a slow process. We don’t sell products in Europe until they are registered there. We know this is disappointing when a new product is launched and it is not available worldwide. More and more countries are requiring product registration and getting all the documents is a slow process right from the beginning. New products require a lot of patience from all of us as we work to get them registered.

We are seeing a lot of new orders from new members, and that is exciting news. This also tells us a lot of you are working hard to help other people find a better life and better health for themselves and others. Thanks to all of you!

Epic Things Happening in Latin America

Over the past three months, Mexico ranked 1st place in Sales among all Latin American countries, followed by Costa Rica (2nd) and Dominican Republic (3rd). Way to go to all members in those countries!

Last month, 8 leaders from Latin American countries achieved a 5×5 Lifestyle Bonus! Here’s the breakdown by country: 3 from Mexico, 3 from Costa Rica, 1 from Dominican Republic, and 1 from Bolivia. Congratulation to everyone who earned the bonus! 

Also, we recently had our first Diamond qualified brand partner in the Dominican Republic. Congratulations to Carmen Tavarez on your rank achievement! She is also the top leader in the country. Her sponsor is Blue Diamond Norma Rivera from Mexico.

Dominican Republic is an interesting market that has been growing this year. We recently sent some new products there, including LurraGreens and LurraFit Coffee, and have great expectations for their growth during this year.

Who Controls Your Actions or Reactions?

Have you ever asked yourself that question? It is so easy to place blame on anybody and everybody for your failures or negative happenings in your life. Some things are just a natural part of life here on earth. There are some things that can make you wonder if you have a target on your back and just how so many bad or negative things happen to you all the time. I think we can all feel that way from time to time.

What is interesting is the different actions people take and just how they react to their circumstances. Some people seem gifted at making “lemonade out of lemons” while others view most of their circumstances as sour lemons. 

I always hope I can learn from what happens to me. Can this make me stronger or more aware of my surroundings? Sometimes I have to ask, “Did I bring this on myself due to my actions? Am I paying the natural negative consequences of my actions? What are my reactions? Do I react in anger or with an attitude that I will get even? Can I say I am sorry? Can I just step right in and try to correct things or make my circumstances better? Do I just blame it on others and expect others to fix it for me?”

When you give the power to another in the form of blame, do you realize you now have given up the power to change or correct the situation or circumstance? So, instead of “why me?”, do you ever think, “why NOT me”? I find if I take control of my actions and how I choose to react to my circumstances, I can change what I need to change and more easily accept what I can’t change.

The more we reach out to help others and make their life better, the better our own circumstances become and the less many things that have bothered us matter. Let’s all work to own our own actions and choose to react in a positive helpful style. We all can choose to take control of our own life and isn’t that what MLM is all about?
